Faxes sent in fine resolution - It takes faxes twice as long to be broadcast when they are sent in "fine" resolution, as opposed to "standard" resolution, therefore Broadcast Fax providers who bill by the minute will charge double for this feature.

Automatic removal of duplicates - If your list includes duplicated recipients, this feature ensures that each recipient receives only one copy of your fax.

Personalize fax header - "Fax header" refers to the line sometimes printed at the top of faxes, which may include information such as date and time of transmission, your name or company, page x of y, etc. Personalization of this field means that you can select to display or hide it, and to select its contents.

Field merging for personalization - This is the Broadcast Fax equivalent of sending form letters. If available, this feature lets you enter variable text into certain places of your fax document.

Intelligent retries - With this feature, the Broadcast Fax provider will avoid retry attempts if the destination number was answered by a voice.

Online list management - Managing your recipient list(s) is an important part of handling Broadcast Faxs. Some providers will manage your list offline, which may be inconvenient for frequent updates. Online list management enables you to manage your list through online screens.
